Join us for an evening dedicated to lovingly honoring our ancestors — a gathering of connection, exchange, and forgiveness. 

This sacred celebration of joy, life, and death will be enriched with high-vibrational sound meditations, rituals, and songs.

Led by our inner wisdom we build a sanctuary for the gift of life, enabled by so many generations of ancestors.
From a non-judgemental place we initiate a ritual of forgiving deep diving into silence, intuitive prayers, sacred songs and toning from our souls.
 

Feel free to bring with you symbols & objects connecting you to persons or subjects you want to address your prayer of healing.
 

Together we invite and allow the source energy to flow through our line of ancestors to which we already belong, in this very moment.

Together, we will take a fresh look at how sound and music therapy can bring body and mind into harmony through experienced resonance. We will explore how to calm or activate our autonomic nervous system and how to modulate our own frequencies.
Of course, we will also engage in a sound and musical self-experience using our voices and body sounds to uncover the potential that lies within us, allowing us to approach the phenomenon of pain with greater ease!
I will explore these topics and much more in my presentation “Inner Symphony” and in the self-experience workshop at the upcoming Fibromyalgia Symposium at LMU! Cleansing Ritual, Cacao & Soul Singing Ceremony

Welcome to our Healing Heart circle in YA-WALI Munich!

THIS IS WHAT AWAITS YOU:
After initiating a powerful cleansing ritual with the deep sound of drums & voices
we serve the raw cacao engaging in a soul singing ceremony guided by Rauhsna & Bernhard Brus,
Our collective journey will be enriched by smudging sessions with sacred herbs and resins,
accompaigned by natural sounds and silence.

We will close the evening with a soothing sound meditation in gentle vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls on 432 Hz,
guiding us into a meaningful sharing circle of reflection and connection.

Welcome to Somos Medicina, a co-creation of us all, musicians, soul sound channelers, dancers, singers and translators of source frequency !
We will initiate our soul sound voyage with a heart-opening ritual in shamanic voice channeling,

Welcome to our special edition of "Healing Heart“!
Turning inward during the winter season, we offer a forgiveness ritual giving you the opportunity 

to let go of old burdens, find inner peace, and create a new alignment for the coming year.

In this safe space, you can clarify your thoughts and feelings, recognize your heart's desires, 

and experience the transformation necessary to live in harmony with your true self.

We weave our prayers in the deep sound of drums & gongs,
together with our cacao & soul singing ceremony facilitated by Rauhsna & Bernhard Brus. 


We will integrate the self experiencing of the evening in a sound healing meditation (342 Hz) 
followed by a sharing circle.
