I AM THE NEW WOMAN 

"Wandelkraft der Wechseljahre"

In this wonderful circle of growth, we aim to connect our feminine intelligence and abilities 

while sharing and experiencing the best rituals, self-care routines, and tips for navigating menopause.

At each gathering, we explore and draw inspiration from new topics.
On March 8, 2025 (International Women’s Day), we will focus on a powerful theme: 

managing mood swings and anxiety, self-regulation, and how to create and sustain a state of coherence.
We will explore psychological, spiritual, and neurobiological aspects and exchange the best practices 

to keep our femininity healthy and in flow. Plus, we will be joined by special guest speakers.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

♡ A talk on self-regulation and coherence in the context of menopause, including a Q&A session (approx. 2 hours)
♡ The best tips in a women’s circle – open exchange
♡ Practices for building resilience and calming the autonomic nervous system

enhanced by sound journeys, meditations, incense, and essential oils

INTO THE HEALING HEART
Cleansing Ritual, Cacao & Soul Singing Ceremony

Welcome to our Healing Heart circle in YA-WALI Munich!
THIS IS WHAT AWAITS YOU:


After initiating a powerful cleansing ritual with the deep sound of drums & voices


we serve the raw cacao engaging in a soul singing ceremony guided by Rauhsna & Bernhard Brus,


Our collective journey will be enriched by smudging sessions with sacred herbs and resins,


accompaigned by natural sounds and silence. 

We will close the evening with a soothing sound meditation in gentle vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls on 432 Hz,


guiding us into a meaningful sharing circle of reflection and connection.
